    It is estimated that during the construction of one medium size house, the carbon emission into environment is around 600 M. Tons. We are targeting to reduce the carbon emission from 600 to 300 MT. Carbon reduction will be achieved by using appropriate construction techniques, using locally available materials, optimum utilization of natural resources etc. As an environmental concern citizen, we request you to join us and become a part of mission to save GLOBE by reducing GLOBAL WARMING.

    Usage of natural sunlight, air flow direction, less heat attraction designs, capturing Green power, Solar water heating, LED Lighting etc are additional features of Green concept.

      Depends. In general, apartment structures do not allow for alterations. Some of them are structurally unviable and others difficult to administer. Non-structural changes are possible through the packages offered by us.

      Time estimates get more predictable after obtaining HUDA approvals. Construction timings are more predictable.
